Abstract

The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) paying off and locating the steel tube underpinned pile; (2) excavating a guide pit; (3) excavating an operation pit; (4) installing the steel tube underpinned pile; (5) detaching pile pressing equipment, filling concretes into the whole cavity of the steel tube underpinned pile, and vibrating and compacting the concretes; (6) performing pre-underpinning treatment on the steel tube concrete underpinned pile; (7) implanting anchor bars into the part, which is contacted with an existing building foundation, of the steel tube concrete underpinned pile, and connecting the anchor bars with the steel tube concrete underpinned pile; (8) back-filling the operation pit in layers and tamping; (9) excavating soil in the foundation pit; (10) injecting cement paste or cement mortar into a drilled hole of the anchor rod; (11) installing a waist beam of the anchor rod.
