The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting white spirit and traditional Chinese medicinal materials, wherein the weight ratio of the white spirit to the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is (10:1)-(15:1); slicing astragalus membranaceus, bark of eucommia, polygonum multiflorum, poria cocos, radix polygonati officinalis, hippocampus japonicus, bighead atractylodes rhizome and prepared rhizome of rehmannia in the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, adding the sliced traditional Chinese medicinal materials, together with medlar, in the white spirit, and sealing and soaking for 10-12 days at 20-28 DEG C; unsealing, adding a cordyceps sinensis extracting solution, and continuing to seal and preserve for 5 days. Correspondingly, the invention further provides cordyceps sinensis healthcare wine prepared by the method.
