Embodiment Construction

[0013] Such as figure 1 As shown, a fire-resistant low-smoke halogen-free armored power cable includes a plurality of wire cores, a halogen-free wrapping tape 4, an inner lining layer 6, an armor layer 7 and a sheath 5, and the wire core is composed of a conductor 1 and a refractory isolation layer 2 and an insulating layer 3 that are wrapped in turn around the conductor 1, and the cores are twisted to form a cable core, and the core is wrapped with a halogen-free wrapping tape 4. The halogen-free wrapping tape 4 is provided with an inner liner 6 , an armor layer 7 and a sheath 5 in sequence. There are 4 wire cores.

[0014] The conductor 1 is copper or aluminum, and the material of the insulating layer 3 is cross-linked polyethylene.

[0015] The material of the sheath 5 is low-smoke halogen-free polyolefin.

[0016] The armor 8 is steel tape armor or thin steel wire armor.

[0017] The low-smoke halogen-free armored power cable designed by the present invention is used i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fireproof low-smoke halogen-free armoured power cable which comprises a plurality of wire cores, a halogen-free wrapping tape, a lining layer, an armoured layer and a sheath. Each wire core is composed of a conductor, a fireproof isolating layer and an insulating layer, wherein the fireproof isolating layer and the insulating layer sequentially wrap the conductor. The wire cores are twisted to form a cable core, the cable core is wrapped by the halogen-free wrapping layer, and the lining layer, the armoured layer and the sheath are sequentially arranged outside the halogen-free wrapping tape. When the fireproof low-smoke halogen-free armoured power cable is burned, no halogen gas is released. Thus, the fireproof low-smoke halogen-free armoured power cable is low in the smoke concentration, low in gas corrosion, high in using safety, excellent in mechanical performance and strong in chemical resistance. Furthermore, the armoured layer enables the power cable to have certain external force resistance, and the power cable is prevented from being baited by mice and can bear mechanical external force.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of cables, in particular to a fire-resistant low-smoke halogen-free armored power cable. Background technique [0002] For traditional PVC (polyvinyl chloride) wires, when a fire breaks out, the PVC mixture is easy to decompose after being heated, releasing a large amount of highly toxic and corrosive HCL (hydrogen chloride) gas, and producing a large amount of highly toxic smoke, causing major loss of life and property loss, and bring great difficulties to rescue work (such as the Korean subway fire), especially when used in a relatively closed environment, such as a trench or tunnel, it will bring hidden dangers to environmental safety. XLPE insulated cables significantly improve the performance of PVC insulated cables. However, XLPE insulated power cables are easily corroded or mechanically damaged during use, bitten by mice or eaten by insects and ants, thus affecting their power transmission. Therefor...
