The oral liquid is composed of isatis root, clerodendroa cyrtophyllum, Forsythia suspensa Vahl, buffalo horn, rhubarb, Coptis chinensis, Magnolia officinalis and cymose buckwheat rhizome. The traditional Chinese medicinal composition can be an oral liquid; and the preparing method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the traditional Chinese medicines to 30-60 mesh, weighing according to the formula amount, and conducting three-dimensional mixing to obtain a traditional Chinese medicinal powder; (2) adding the mixed traditional Chinese medicine powder into an extracting tank, adding 100-200 parts of ethanol water solution, soaking for 2-10 h, wherein the weight ratio of ethanol and water is 1: 1; and filtering and collecting a leaching liquor; (3) adding 100-200 parts of alcohol water solution with alcohol and water in weight ratio of 1: 1 into the dregs again, soaking for 2-10 h, filtering and collecting a leaching liquor; and (4) merging of the leaching liquor from the step 2 and step 3, and carrying out decompression concentration at 30-70 DEG C to 20%-40% of the original volume; and (5) filling into bottles for 500ml a bottle, so as to obtain the product.
