Abstract

The invention discloses a direct solar driven carbon dioxide flash evaporation and desorption integrated way and an implementation method of the integrated way. An integrated system mainly comprises an absorption tower, multiple stages of solar thermal collectors, multiple stages of flash evaporation devices, heat exchangers and pumps. According to the integrated way, rich liquor at the bottom of the absorption tower is sequentially communicated with a pressure pump and a poor / rich liquor heat exchanger; rich liquor at outlets of the heat exchangers are directly communicated with the solar thermal collectors; outlets of the solar thermal collectors are communicated with the flash evaporation devices; solutions coming out of the bottom of the flash evaporation devices is communicated with a solution mixing tank; the mixing tank is communicated with the upper part of the absorption tower by the heat exchangers and the pumps. In the integrated system, the multiple stages of solar thermal collectors and the multiple stages of flash evaporation devices can be connected with each other in series according to the separation requirement. According to the integrated system, the solar thermal collectors replace a reboiler for providing energy of desorption, and the flash evaporation device replace a desorption tower for separating CO2, so that the consumption of steam extraction of a power plant is reduced while a trapping system is simplified, and the utilization of solar energy is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of renewable energy utilization and greenhouse gas emission reduction, in particular to an integrated system of a carbon dioxide capture process and a solar heat collection process. Background technique [0002] In the current chemical absorption capture process, the CO in the flue gas 2 Absorption and desorption are mainly carried out in the absorption tower and desorption tower. Since the principle of chemical absorption is to use the reversible chemical reaction of the solvent, in the desorption process, not only the sensible heat of the solution and the latent heat of vaporization of the steam need to be consumed, but also the reverse reaction of the reaction needs to be provided. Heat, resulting in the consumption of a large amount of power plant steam when the solution is regenerated, causing a decline in power plant efficiency and increasing the cost of capture, becoming a constraint on CO 2 The main factor f...
