In the method, the seed soaking time is 15-20 days early than seeding time; 18-20 seedling trays need to be laid per mu of field; and the seedling trays are laid closely. According to the method, seeding time is selected before seeding to soak the seeds in advance, and the nutrient soil is laid on the seedling trays, so that quick emergence of seedlings is realized; the production of rice seedlings can be promoted; and the single yield is increased. Moreover, only buds are covered with seed covering soil during seeding, so that seed buds are protected, and the growth of the seed buds is not influenced.
