The system comprises a pre-mixing tank, a stirring mechanism, a bottom valve and a sulfuric acid main pipeline, wherein the stirring mechanism is arranged inside the pre-mixing tank, the bottom valve is arranged at the bottom of the pre-mixing tank, one end of the sulfuric acid main pipeline is communicated with an outer sulfuric acid source while the other end is communicated with the pre-mixing tank; the pre-mixing tank is provided with a spray pipeline which is communicated with the sulfuric acid main pipeline in a matched mode, and the spray pipeline is provided with spray holes for washing the inner wall of the pre-mixing tank in a matched mode.
