Due to the anti-flaming substances contained in the electrolyte, the anti-flaming performance of the battery is achieved by the addition of the anti-flaming substances, and these substances do not affect the normal reaction of between the anode and the cathode of the lithium ion power battery, do not affect the performance of the battery when the lithium ion power battery is normally recharged or discharged; when the lithium ion power battery is abused or in abnormality, the anti-flaming substances take effect of anti-flaming and prevent the lithium ion power battery from keeping discharging. Therefore, the passivation layer SEI membrane is prevented from being damaged; the temperature of the battery is prevented from continuously rising; the passivation layer SEI membrane is prevented from decomposing to generate hydrogen free-radical and hydroxyl radical, thus the lithium ion power battery cannot reach the temperature required for generating alkane hydrogen gas, thereby radically preventing the battery from burning or exploding.
