The invention provides the ultrahigh-speed framing camera system which can be used for improving the time resolution of a framing camera to 40ps without improvement on performances of a micro-channel plate and high-voltage gating pulse, is simple to manufacture and is convenient to use, and also provides the ultrahigh-speed framing camera imaging method.
