The composition comprises the following components: the resveratrol, a cranberry extract and a rose flower extract. The invention also provides a preparation of the composition. The preparation consists of the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of the resveratrol, 3-6 parts of the cranberry extract, 3-6 parts of the rose flower extract, 6-10 parts of anhydrous citric acid, 6-10 parts of tartaric acid and 60-75 parts of prebiotics.
