Embodiment approach 1

[0026] figure 1 It is a side view of the passenger conveyor to which the moving handrail of the passenger conveyor according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention is applied.

[0027] figure 1 The passenger conveyor is an escalator. For example, the passenger conveyor is installed so as to straddle from one side of adjacent floors to the other side. The lower entrance / exit 1 is provided at the lower part of the passenger conveyor. The lower entrance 1 is provided on the lower floor of the adjacent floor. The upper entrance / exit 2 is provided on the upper part of the passenger conveyor. The upper entrance / exit 2 is provided on the upper floor of the adjacent floor.

[0028] The lower machine room 3 is located directly below the lower entrance 1 . The lower sprockets 4 for step chains are installed in the lower machine room 3 . The upper machine room 5 is installed directly below the upper entrance 2 . The upper sprockets 6 for step chains are installed in the upper m...

Embodiment approach 2

[0062] Figure 7 It is a longitudinal sectional view of main parts of the moving handrail of the passenger conveyor according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Figure 8 A longitudinal sectional view of a reinforcing cloth member used in a moving handrail of a passenger conveyor according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. In addition, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same or corresponding parts as those in Embodiment 1, and description thereof will be omitted.

[0063] In Embodiment 1, the entire reinforcement cloth member 10d is formed of the same material as the canvas member 10c. On the other hand, in Embodiment 2, the reinforcing cloth member 10d has a layer containing the resin 27 having a hardness corresponding to that of the resin member 10a on the side of the canvas member 10c.

[0064] According to Embodiment 2 described above, the reinforcing cloth member 10d has a layer containing the resin 27 having a hardness corresponding to that ...

Embodiment approach 3

[0066] Figure 9 It is a longitudinal sectional view of main parts of the moving handrail of the passenger conveyor in Embodiment 3 of this invention. In addition, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same or corresponding parts as those in Embodiment 1, and description thereof will be omitted.

[0067] The resin member 10a of Embodiment 3 is a resin member in which a plurality of intermediate concave portions are added to the resin member 10a of Embodiment 1. As shown in FIG.

[0068] For example, the plurality of intermediate recesses are constituted by a fourth recess 19d and a fifth recess 19e. The fourth concave portion 19d is formed on the surface of the resin member 10a on the canvas member 10c side. The 4th recessed part 19d is formed between the 1st recessed part 19a and the 2nd recessed part 19b. The fifth concave portion 19e is formed on the surface of the resin member 10a on the canvas member 10c side. The fifth recess 19e is formed between the first...

Abstract

Provided is a moving handrail for a passenger conveyor. The moving handrail prevents the connecting portions on two ends from being stripped. The moving handrail for a passenger conveyor comprises a resin component which is arranged in an annular shape through making the two ends opposite, a canvas component which is on the inner side of the resin component, and a reinforcing cloth component. The two ends are arranged opposite on the position corresponding to the opposite portions of the two ends of the resin component, and thus, the canvas component and the resin component are arranged into an annular shape. The reinforcing cloth component covers the two ends of the canvas component on the inner side of the canvas component, and on the surface opposite to the side of the canvas component, a plurality of concave portions are arranged on the center portion corresponding to the opposite portions of the two ends of the canvas component, the end of the end of the canvas component, and the end of the other end of the canvas component.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to moving handrails for passenger conveyors. Background technique [0002] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a moving handrail of a passenger conveyor. The two ends of the moving armrest are connected together. At this time, the cross section of the connecting portion of the moving armrest is the same as the cross section of other parts of the moving armrest. As a result, the mobile armrest becomes circular. [0003] patent documents [0004] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 3521234 [0005] Patent Document 2: Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2011-32077 [0006] Patent Document 3: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-344318 [0007] Patent Document 4: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2007-70052 [0008] However, the connecting portion of the moving handrail is formed by complicated processing. Therefore, the connecting portion of the moving handrail is easily peeled off. Contents of the invention [00...
