The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) washing leaves of leersia hexandra for three times by using tap water, and then washing the leaves for three times by using ultrapure water; (2) putting the leaves of leersia hexandra obtained in the step (1) into a kraft file pocket, putting the kraft file pocket into an air dry oven at the temperature of 80 DEG C, drying for 24 hours, then crushing the leaves by using a high-speed crusher, and sieving the obtained object by using a 100-mesh sieve; and (3) putting the object obtained in the step (2) into a ceramic crucible, putting the ceramic crucible into a muffle furnace at the temperature of 100 DEG C for 6 hours, carrying out natural cooling on the obtained product and then taking out the product, thus obtaining the undisturbed leersia hexandra heavy-metal bio-adsorbent.
