Abstract

The invention discloses a kit for predicting adolescent obesity in childhood and an application thereof. The invention provides an application of a substance used for detecting the abundance of target bacteria in intestinal flora of children to be detected in preparation of products for predicting simple obesity of children, and the target bacteria are any one of Firmicutes, Clostridia, Clostridiales, Clostridiaceae, Clostridium, Bacteroidetes, Bacteroidia, Bacteroidales, Bacteroidaceae, Bacteroides, Oscillospira, Coriobacteriaceae and Collinsella. Specific information is obtained from a simple obesity queue of children to better embody the intestinal flora features of obesity of children, and by monitoring the abundance change of the characteristic species, the development and change of the obesity state can be predicated; the obtained intestinal flora features of obesity of children are compared with the intestinal flora features obtained by researching other diseases to further predict the risk and trend of related obesity diseases.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a kit for predicting persistent obesity in puberty and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Obesity is currently a major global public health problem. In the past three decades, the incidence of overweight and obesity has shown a continuous upward trend in both developed and developing countries, regardless of men, women, and children (Lancet.2014 Aug 30 ; 384(9945):766-81). Obesity is recognized as an important risk factor for increased morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular disease (eg, coronary heart disease and stroke), diabetes, kidney disease, and tumors (especially intestinal tumors) (Lancet 2011;377:1085–95; Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol.2014 Aug; 2(8):634-47; Lancet Oncology 2015 Jan; 16(1):36-46), obesity in children and adolescents tends to develop into obesity in adults, and promotes the age of onset of the above-mentioned related diseases (N Engl J Med ...
