Embodiment 1

[0054] The sampling site is located in Hubei Province, a total of 120 test children, according to the urban (urban) kindergarten (kindergarten), primary school (Primary school), (Middle School) ), middle school (Middle School) group sampling, 20 children in each group, in the same school or kindergarten. The external objective conditions such as the surrounding building facilities, traffic conditions and environmental sanitation conditions are basically consistent among the sampling sites.

[0055] Step 1: Sample Preparation

[0056] Sampling population selection: Divide the sampling population into 3 layers according to age: 2-6 years old (kindergarten), 7-12 years old (primary school), 13-15 years old (middle school).

[0057] Preparation before sampling: Balance each dust-free cloth for 48 hours before sampling (in an ultra-clean laboratory, constant temperature 20±1°C, constant humidity 40±3%), and weigh it with a one-ten-thousandth balance, and record the dust-free cloth...

Abstract

The invention provides a rapid qualitative and quantitative analytical detection method of contaminants on children's hands. The method comprises the following steps: 1) sampling preparation: sample subjects are children aged 1 to 17, and each stage of sampled children are divided into 4-6 levels based on a span of 1-3 years old; 2) sample acquisition: both hands of sample subjects are scrubbed with dust-free sample cloth, and the sample cloth after scrubbing is put into a dust-free bag to be stored at low temperature; 3) sample pretreatment: the sample-acquired dust-free cloth is fully dried and weighed after balanced under conditions of constant temperature and constant humidity; each sample undergoes two digestion processes, namely microwave digestion and electric heating board digestion; and 4) detection analysis: a sample digestion solution obtained from the step 3) is analyzed by an ICP-MS method. By the above method brought forward in the invention, dust materials on hand skin of children can be simply acquired and children body will not be influenced. The acquisition method is simple and easy to operate and has no requirement on selection of sample children, and storage requirements of acquired samples are low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of analysis, and in particular relates to a method for detecting pollutants by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Background technique [0002] Because children are in a special stage of growth and development, their physiological structure and lifestyle are quite different from those of adults, which makes them more sensitive and ingested to various pollutants around them in the same living environment [1-3] . [0003] Among them, heavy metals in the environment are toxic and harmful pollutants that are difficult to degrade and have a certain degree of bioaccumulation. With the development of my country's urbanization process, various materials containing heavy metal elements are ubiquitous. Generally speaking, such substances mainly enter the human body through daily diet, skin penetration, hand-mouth contact, and respiration. [4] . Children often have a high frequency of hand-to-mouth contact d...
