Handles penetrate an annular surface of a base of the novel structure and are connected with slide bushings in a threaded manner, a compressing ring is fixed onto the base by the aid of the slide bushings, the handles are integrally connected with adjusting plates in a threaded manner, light liquid-phase pipes and heavy liquid-phase pipes are respectively fixed onto the adjusting plates, a gland is mounted at one end of the base, a liquid skimming pipe is arranged on the gland, an overflow plate is fixed to the other end of the base, a rotor drum is welded on the overflow plate, light liquid-phase pipe orifices are arranged on the tops of the light liquid-phase pipes and penetrate the base, and heavy liquid-phase pipe orifices are arranged on the heavy liquid-phase pipes, penetrate the base and are close to the liquid skimming pipe; kidney-shaped holes are formed in the overflow plate, and overflow holes are formed in the adjusting plates; the handles can rotate to drive the adjusting plates, so that various difference values can be generated by change of the heights of the heavy liquid-phase weir crests and change of the heights of the light liquid-phase weir crests, heavy liquid-phase can flow over along the heavy liquid-phase pipes, and light liquid-phase can flow over along the light liquid-phase pipes.
