The method is as below: soaking a sample to be measured in a food simulant, cooling to room temperature and mixing well; diluting the water-based food simulant with ethanol by 1:10, filtering by a hydrophilic PTFE filter and introducing the sample; extracting the olive oil with acetonitrile n-heptane, and filtering the lower clear liquid with a hydrophilic PTFE filter and introducing the sample; Conducting gradient elution and separation by a C8 column; and running under negative multiple reaction monitoring mode by using a mass spectrometry with electro-spray ionization source.
