Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method for noise reduction, a headset and a terminal. The headset comprises noise-reducing microphones used for collecting at least two paths of noise signals; a signal processing circuit used for modulating the at least two paths of noise signals onto different spectrums so as to obtain frequency division multiplexing signals; a transmitting and receiving circuit used for transmitting the frequency division multiplexing signals to a terminal through a microphone pin of the headset and also used for receiving noise reduction signals which are transmitted by the terminal based on the frequency division multiplexing signals, wherein the noise reduction signals are used for noise reduction of the at least two paths of noise signals; and a loudspeaker used for playing the noise reduction signals transmitted by the terminal. Therefore, arrangement of a noise reduction module inside the headset is unnecessary in the embodiment of the invention, the design of the headset can be simplified on the premise of realizing the noise reduction, and the portability of the headset is consequently improved.
