The inner wall of the lower part is provided with a calcium silicate plate layer, a corundum castable layer and a chrome-containing brick layer; and the sum of thicknesses of the calcium silicate plate layer, the corundum castable layer and the chrome-containing brick layer is 300-500 mm. A height ratio of the upper part, the middle part and the lower part is 70: (25-30): (30-35).
