Abstract

The invention relates to fully-degradable polycaprolactone (PLC) film and a production method thereof. The fully-degradable polycaprolactone film has a spontaneous gas regulating function. The production method comprises the steps that polycaprolactone master batches are dried in a vacuum drying box; the dried polycaprolactone master batches are subjected to melt extrusion in a twin-screw extruder; a cast sheet is formed on a flow-casting roller; the cast sheet is stretched in the longitudinal direction according to uniaxial extension ratio of 3-5, and the fully-degradable polycaprolactone film which is uniaxially stretched in the longitudinal direction is obtained. By means of PCL freshness protection packages, the shelf life of strawberries is effectively prolonged and reaches 20-28 days, and the fully-degradable polycaprolactone film has great significance on the aspect of the application of environment-friendly materials in food packaging.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of food preservation. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fully degradable polycaprolactone film with spontaneous air conditioning function, also relates to the production method of the fully degradable polycaprolactone film, and also relates to the fully degradable polycaprolactone film Use of ester films. 【Background technique】 [0002] Strawberries are delicious and have high nutritional value, so they are in great demand in the market. Fresh strawberries have thin skin, rough surface structure, and 90-95% water content. The tissue is delicate, vulnerable to damage and microbial infection, and will rot and deteriorate. It will start to change color and taste after 1-2 days at room temperature. In severe cases, it will rot. Fresh rate dropped significantly. Therefore, only by making full use of modern science and technology combined with natural conditions to extend the shelf life of...
