Embodiment 1

[0022] The effect of exogenous chlormequat on the susceptibility index of seed potato scab and plant growth in greenhouse potato seed production was studied using susceptible Chapotty potato varieties as materials. By analyzing the changes of various physiological indicators such as POD activity, PAL activity, and chlorophyll content of plant leaves, the physiological basis of induced resistance was explored.

[0023] During the production cycle with the highest temperature and the most severe scab outbreak from May to August, 20-50ppm of chlormequat was applied externally, and the application rate was 10 grams / mu; the time of external application of chlormequat was after the potatoes were planted. Day 10-20.

[0024] 14 days after the external application of chlormequat, the second leaf of the plant was taken for the following measurements:

[0025] Determination of morphological changes in potato plants:

Embodiment 2

[0036] During the production cycle with the highest temperature and the most severe scab outbreak from May to August, 80-130ppm of chlormequat was applied externally, and the application rate was 8 grams / mu; the time of external application of chlormequat was after the potatoes were planted. Day 20-30.

[0037] 14 days after the external application of chlormequat, the second leaf of the plant was taken for the following measurements:

[0038] Determination of morphological changes in potato plants:

[0039] The measurement results showed that after external application of 80-130ppm CCC, the plants were obviously dwarfed and thick, and the leaf color also changed obviously. Plant dwarfing is prominently manifested in the shortening of stem nodes. After 80-130ppm CCC foliar spraying, the plant height of potato plants decreased by 22.0% compared with the control, and the difference reached a significant level. See figure 1 Effects of chlormequat on potato plant morphology. ...

Embodiment 3

[0049] It is carried out in the production cycle with the highest temperature and the most severe scab outbreak from May to August. The external application of chlormequat is 150-200ppm, and the application rate is 5 grams / mu; the time for external application of chlormequat is after the potatoes are planted. Day 35-40.

[0050] 14 days after the external application of chlormequat, the second leaf of the plant was taken for the following measurements:

[0051] Determination of morphological changes in potato plants:

[0052] The measurement results showed that after external application of 150-200ppm CCC, the plants were obviously dwarfed and thick, and the leaf color also changed significantly. Plant dwarfing is prominently manifested in the shortening of stem nodes. After 150-200 CCC foliar spraying, the plant height of potato plants decreased by 15.0% compared with the control, and the difference reached a significant level. See figure 1 Effects of chlormequat on potat...

Abstract

The invention discloses the application of an inducer in the prevention and treatment of potato scab. The susceptibility index and disease index of exogenous chlormequat to seed potato scab in the production of greenhouse potato seed potatoes are studied by using the susceptible variety Charpatie as material. The influence of plant growth; by analyzing the changes of various physiological indicators such as plant leaf peroxidase, chlorophyll content, PAL activity, superoxide anion free radical content, etc., the physiological basis of induced resistance is explored. The results showed that: exogenous chlormequat can significantly reduce the disease susceptibility rate of seed potatoes; exogenous chlormequat dwarfs plants, inhibits the growth of aerial parts, and enhances the synthesis of chlorophyll and carotenoids in leaves. By inducing the improvement of the activity of antioxidant enzymes, the content of superoxide free radicals and MDA in leaves can be effectively reduced, and the systemic resistance of plants to scab can be enhanced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural production, in particular to the application of an inducer in preventing and treating potato scab. Background technique [0002] Potato scab is a worldwide disease caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria of the genus Streptonyces. The disease is especially serious in areas with heavy continuous cropping and in greenhouse seed potato production, causing a large number of scabs on the surface of potato pieces, seriously affecting quality and commodity value, and causing huge economic losses. At present, it is mainly aimed at pathogenic bacteria, using chemical methods combined with cultivation measures to prevent and control potato scab, such as killing with chemical agents such as Kede and Biquimide, changing the ratio and ion concentration of the culture substrate, and using antagonistic streptomyces for prevention and control. [0003] The physiological function of chlormequat (CCC) is to control ...
