The double wavelength multi-channel laser acupuncture and moxibustion instrument comprises a control system, a driving power source, a semiconductor laser module, an optical fiber coupler, optical fiber channels, an optical fiber fixing head and upper computer software. The semiconductor laser module comprises a plurality of sets of laser devices with the wavelength being 808 nm and 635 nm respectively. One laser device with the wavelength being 635 nm and one laser device with the wavelength being 808 nm form a set. Two kinds of lasers different in wavelength are coupled into one butt-joint optical fiber, output of one channel is obtained, and the optical fiber channels are used for adjusting and fixing optical fiber through adjustable metal arms so that the effective work distance and the work angle of the optical fiber can be freely controlled and adjusted. A total control chip is adopted for the control system to control the driving power source. The upper computer software is in data transmission with a control module though an RS232 serial port, and current, power and temperature are controlled and displayed.
