Abstract

A medical injector comprises a body and a plunger. The body is provided with a far-side end and a near-side end, and the plunger is movably arranged in the body. The plunger comprises multiple spaced ratchets which are arranged in the length direction of the plunger. The plunger selectively moves a plug to distribute agentia from the medical injector. The medical injector further comprises a graduator, an actuator and a rotating part; the graduator is arranged in the body and used for jointing the plunger to allow the plunger to move towards the far side and basically prevent the plunger from moving towards the near side; the actuator is provided with a jointing portion which is used for jointing the plunger to allow the actuator to move towards the near side relative to the plunger and basically prevent the actuator from moving towards the far side relative to the plunger; the rotating part is used for enabling the jointing portion to move towards the near side relative to the plunger and the body.
