The defect that mature ottelia-acuminate seeds are difficult to collect is overcome. As ZT and IAA in the first accelerant liquid have the effect of promoting cell division of immature seeds, and DMSO has quite high permeability, the ZT and the IAA can permeate into cells and directly act on embryos and albuminous cells, and the embryos and endosperm of the immature seeds are perfectly developed. As GA3 and 6-BA in the second accelerant liquid have the effect of promoting cell division, the seeds can be mature; meanwhile, the GA3 and the 6-BA in the second accelerant liquid have the effects of promoting conversion of starch in the endosperm into soluble saccharide and seed germination.
