Abstract

The device comprises a power measuring module used for measuring power of an electric motor in real time and outputting the power, and a thermostatic control module used for receiving the power output by the power measuring module and calculating maximum temperature of a surface of a contact area of a grinding wheel and a camshaft according to the power and a preset thermostatic control model, wherein the thermostatic control module is also used for comparing the maximum temperature and a preset temperature threshold; if that the maximum temperature is higher than or equal to the preset temperature value is determined, the electric motor is controlled to lower camshaft rotation speed, and camshaft cutting depth of the grinding wheel is reduced.
