Abstract

The two clamping heads with the pointed front ends are arranged symmetrically. When the clamping heads are inclined inwards, the clamping heads are in the state of internal clamping; when the clamping heads are inclined outwards, the clamping heads are in the state of external clamping. The reading segment are provided with reading devices which are used for reflecting an internal clamping length and an external clamping length.
