Embodiment Construction

[0018] Such as figure 1 As shown, the treatment process of the coal mine reclaimed water reuse system in the present invention is as follows: the mine bath water flows into the clarification tank through the pipeline for preliminary treatment, and then it is transported to the sand filter tank for further purification through the No. 1 lift pump, and then through 2 The No. 3 lift pump enters the exposure disinfection pool for disinfection treatment, and then enters the PLC-6 water tank through the No. 3 lift pump to add PLC-6 with a concentration of 0.05% to 0.1% and mix evenly. The temperature is automatically raised to 15 ℃~25℃, and finally use the pressurization system to transport the qualified dedusting agent to the bottom water tank through the mine dedusting water pipeline.

[0019] Such as figure 2 As shown in the figure, the reclaimed water treatment plant transports the qualified reclaimed water to the water tank at the bottom of the well, and transports it to the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a wet mine dust suppression system based on reuse of reclaimed water. After water in a mine is subjected to primary treatment, surfactant JFC-6 with the concentration being 0.05-0.1% is added into the water to prepare a novel mine dust inhibitor which is used for constructing the dust suppression system. The specific technological process comprises the steps that mine bathroom water, canteen water and the like are collected to flow into a settling pond through a pipeline to be subjected to primary treatment, the water is conveyed into a sand filter through a first lift pump to be further purified, enters an exposure disinfection pond through a second lift pump to be subjected to disinfection treatment and enters a PLC-6 water adding tank through a third lift pump, and qualified reuse water is conveyed into a bottom hole water bin via a mine dust removal water pipeline through a pressurization system and conveyed to a workface through a downhole dust removal system. The wet mine dust suppression system based on reuse of the reclaimed water has the characteristics of being good in wetting effect, high in speed, low in cost, beneficial to environmental protection, convenient to operate and manage, and easy to apply and popularize in an existing mine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wet mine dust suppression system based on middle water reuse. Background technique [0002] At present, the dust suppression agent in the mine wet dust suppression system generally uses mine water to add surfactants of different components to achieve the dust suppression effect through a certain ratio. The mineral impurities contained in the mine water are easy to form sediments to block the nozzle, resulting in poor dust removal effect or equipment damage, and the cost is high. A large amount of random discharge of reclaimed water in daily life will lead to "eutrophication" of the surrounding water body and seriously pollute the environment, and cause resource waste on the premise of scarcity of water resources and high price of dedusting agents. The sources of mine water used in this invention patent include employee bathhouses, canteens, apartments, etc. The water quality meets drinking water standards. The dust removal p...
