Abstract

The invention discloses a robot high speed measurement and control system based on an LVDS looped network bus and a robot high speed measurement and control method thereof. The system comprises a master control computer, a data communication main module and multiple data acquisition modules. The multiple data acquisition modules are connected in turn, and a looped network is formed by the multiple data acquisition modules and the data communication main module. The master control computer generates control signals, and the control signals are transmitted to all nodes of the looped network by the data communication main module. The data acquired by sensors are aggregated to the data communication main module to be processed through all nodes of the looped link and the processing result is transmitted back to the master control computer. The anti-noise and anti-interference capability can be enhanced, and the problem of signal clock irregularity of limiting the data transmission rate can be solved by the clock and data recovery technology so that the data rate of data transmission can be enhanced; and the system has excellent performance of high multi-load utilization rate, insensitivity of the network performance to distance and fair accessing.
