The method employs an RFID electronic label mode, labels are fixed on cages, one-to-one corresponding relations between label IDs and cage numbers are established, through a portable data acquisition apparatus, IDs of the electronic labels on the cages where egg-producing breeding birds are disposed are read, and ID numbers, event numbers indicating quality states of eggs and time of egg collection are stored. After daily egg-producing records are transmitted and stored in a database of a PC, such management operation of querying, analyzing and the like can be performed on the breeding bird egg-producing records, proper processing can be carried out after abnormal egg-producing conditions of domestic breeding birds are discovered timely, and breeding birds with high egg-producing performance are screened finally.
