The invention discloses a detection method for lysozymes in egg white of a plateau specially bred rare bird egg and relates to the technical field of lysozyme analysis and detection. The detection method comprises the following steps: (a) establishing a lysozyme standard curve: dissolving and diluting a lysozyme standard solution into different concentration gradients by adopting a 0.05 to 0.08mol / L phosphate buffer solution with pH of 6.0 to 6.5, and measuring an absorbance value at a wavelength of 279 to 283nm by use of ultraviolet spectrophotometry; (b) detecting a sample: diluting a rare bird egg white sample to be detected with the phosphate buffer solution, performing analysis in a manner the same as that for a standard, measuring an absorbance value of the sample to be detected andcalculating the lysozyme content of the rare bird egg white sample according to the absorbance value by use of the standard curve. According to the detection method, a low-concentration phosphate buffer solution system is adopted, so that a lysozyme measurement result is more accurate, and the detection method is higher in precision and recovery rate, high in sensitivity and applicable to measurement of the lysozymes in the plateau specially bred rare bird egg.

A method of injecting a plurality of bird eggs comprises: (a) orienting a plurality of avian eggs in a predetermined position; (b) forming an opening in the shell of each of the eggs; (c) extending an elongate delivery device through each of the openings and into the eggs, each of the delivery devices comprising a detector and an injection needle, with the injection needle having a lumen formed therein; (d) detecting with the detector information from the interior of each of the plurality of eggs; and (e) injecting a substance into each of the plurality of eggs through the lumen of said injection needle. The detected information can be used for a variety of purposes, including adjusting the depth of penetration of the injection needle to more precisely control the location of the injection, identifying the gender of the eggs for subsequent sorting of the eggs, distinguishing viable from non-viable eggs, etc. When used for controlling depth penetration, the method positions the needle tip for any purpose, including withdrawing biological material as well as injecting substances. Apparatus, particularly high-speed apparatus, for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
