The invention discloses an SSR (Simple
Sequence Repeat)
molecular marker primer group, a kit and a method for identifying spring
dendrobium germplasm and application of the SSR
molecular marker primer group. Belongs to the technical field of
gene-assisted breeding. According to the invention, 15 pairs of SSR
molecular marker primers are developed and screened from a
dendrobium nobile
transcriptome sequence for the first time, and the
nucleotide sequences of the primers are shown as SEQ ID NO.1-30. The primer group is used for analyzing 128 parts of spring
dendrobium germplasm, and
genetic diversity evaluation, genetic relationship identification and
population structure analysis can be effectively carried out. More importantly, through
correlation analysis, it is found for the first time that multiple DoSSR1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10 and 14 markers are remarkably related to 13 key ornamental characters such as
inflorescence stem length, flower number,
petal color and labial lobe
eye color, and an efficient and reliable tool is provided for spring dendrobium
germplasm resource management, variety authenticity identification and molecular marker-assisted selection breeding.
