The invention discloses a method for rapidly regulating and controlling the interlayer spacing of a layered
molecular sieve and application. The method comprises the following steps: by taking a tetraethyl
silicate condensation compound, tetrabutyl
titanate silane and ferrocenyl
silane as intercalation reagents, firstly enabling carrier gas carrying the vaporized intercalation
reagent to flow through a reactor filled with a layered
molecular sieve, then enabling the carrier gas carrying vaporized deionized water to flow through the reactor filled with the layered
molecular sieve, and then
roasting the layered molecular
sieve to obtain the catalyst. The pillared molecular
sieve with good
thermal stability is obtained. According to the present invention, the
gas phase pillared is adopted, the preparation method is simple, the conditions are mild, the used
raw material amount is less, the steps are simple, the yield is high, the large-scale production is easy, and the intercalation
reagent improves the high temperature tolerance of the original layered molecular
sieve while introducing a plurality of active sites and the sites for reactant adsorption at one time. The supported molecular sieve has the
cyclooctene conversion rate of 43% or above and the
epoxy cyclooctane selectivity of 65% or above when used for preparing
epoxy cyclooctane through
hydrogen peroxide oxidation of
cyclooctene.
