A system screening method comprises the following steps: S1, performing a first screening through observing a phenotypic change of drosophila eye colors decided by a red eye gene of the drosophila; S2, performing a second screening based on the first screening through detecting the strength change of a green fluorescent protein gene expressed on eye plates of drosophila larvae. By the construction and screening of the drosophila biology model disclosed by the invention, the drosophila biology model which can observe a chromatin structure change and can observe the mediated gene transcription regulation level change of a receptor is constructed.
