A method for obtaining the bacterial strain is a bacterial strain screening method or a drilling fluid anaerobic treatment method. A method for culturing the activated sludge comprises: 1) addition of the bacterial strain and 2) domestication of the bacterial strain. The domestication of the bacterial strain comprises: a, stuffy aeration treatment; b, addition of the waste drilling fluid concentration step by step; c, continuous inflow; and d, culture finishing. In the method of the invention, bacteria from the waste drilling fluid is added, a drilling fluid complex environment is adapted faster, and the activated sludge culture and domestication time are greatly shortened. The activated sludge has higher anti-load tolerance than the activated sludge cultured by an ordinary method does and can continuously exist in a waste water disposal system. The adding amount of the activated sludge and generated manpower and material resource costs are reduced.
