Problems solved by technology

[0004] The technical problem to be solved in the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art. Aiming at cadmium-contaminated farmland soil, a method for strengthening phytoremediation of cadmium-contaminated soil by using phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria combined with a chelating agent is provided. Sedum sedum, and inoculate the soil with phosphate-dissolving bacteria and apply chelating agents, so as to increase the biomass of plants and the bioavailability of heavy metals in the soil, and strengthen the effect of phytoremediation of heavy metal cadmium in soil. It is an environmentally friendly, clean and efficient soil Heavy Metal Restoration Technology

Embodiment

[0029] Example experimental design:

[0030] In this experiment, two cadmium-contaminated farmlands, A and B, were selected as the test fields, and the control field and the treatment field were set up in the two test fields respectively. The control field (CK) was managed according to local customs, and a total of 4 treatments were designed for the treatment field ( They are respectively numbered as ①, ②, ③, ④), and 3 replicates were designed for each treatment. The specific implementation plan and field management are as follows:

[0031] Blank control (CK): No repair measures are implemented, and management is carried out according to the daily habits of local farmers;

[0032] ① Planting Sedum sedum: Apply 100 catties / mu of basal fertilizer in A and B test fields respectively and plow, and then transplant the Sedum sedum seedlings with the same root growth after cultivation in nutrient solution to A and B test fields, 100 days later, the plants were removed and incinerate...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for enhancing cadmium-polluted soil phytoremediation through phosphate solubilizing bacteria. The method comprises the following steps that (1) the phosphate solubilizing bacteria with the proportion being 10-50 kg for per mu of the soil are uniformly applied to cadmium-polluted soil, the soil is ploughed, base fertilizer is applied to the soil, and the soil is ploughed again; and (2) hyperaccumulators are planted in the cadmium-polluted soil, and a chelating agent with the proportion being 100-300 kg for per mu of the soil is applied to the soil 10-15 days before the hyperaccumulators are harvested. The phosphate solubilizing bacteria and the chelating agent are adopted for enhancing the phytoremediation technology, and the synergistic effect of the phosphate solubilizing bacteria and the chelating agent is sufficiently achieved; and compared with other physical and chemical remediation technologies, the method for enhancing cadmium-polluted soil phytoremediation through the phosphate solubilizing bacteria has the advantages of being low in cost, free of secondary pollution, easy to operate, good in remediation effect and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for strengthening phytoremediation of cadmium-contaminated soil by using phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria, and belongs to the technical field of phytoremediation of soil heavy metal pollution. Background technique [0002] Heavy metal refers to the density greater than 5g / cm 3 Metals, or metal elements with an atomic weight over 40 in the metal column of the periodic table are called heavy metal elements. In recent years, the common environmental pollution heavy metals include lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and metalloid arsenic and other significant biological toxicity metal elements. Among them, cadmium is one of the most common elements polluted by heavy metals in the soil. It is highly toxic. The air and food polluted by cadmium are seriously harmful to the human body, and the metabolism in the human body is slow. Japan has suffered from "itai disease" due to cadmium poisoning. In 2002, the Rice and Product Qua...
