Problems solved by technology

Traditionally, in order to make the assembly line achieve circular circulation flow, two sets of conveyor belts and drive motors are usually used in conjunction with each other. The conveyor belts often run asynchronously and have different speeds, which affects the transfer effect of the workpiece.
Since two drive motors are used to drive the conveyor belt to run, the drive motors will increase the space occupied and the problem of increased energy consumption will also arise

Abstract

The invention relates to an annular conveying belt assembly line. The annular conveying belt assembly line comprises an assembly line support, as well as a positive and negative rotation mechanism, two rotary disc mechanisms, a first conveying belt and a second conveying belt which are installed on the assembly line support, wherein the rotary disc mechanisms are located at the two ends of the assembly line support respectively; the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt are installed at the two sides of the assembly line support respectively and are connected with the positive and negative rotation mechanism; and the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt are located between the rotary disc mechanisms. The positive and negative rotation mechanism comprises an installation frame installed on the assembly line support, as well as a drive motor, a positive rotation assembly and a negative rotation assembly which are installed on the installation frame; the drive motor is in toothed connection with the positive rotation assembly; the positive rotation assembly is in toothed connection with the negative rotation assembly; one end of the positive rotation assembly is connected with the first conveying belt; and one end of the negative rotation assembly is connected with the second conveying belt. According to the annular conveying belt assembly line, synchronous movement of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt in opposite directions can be realized through one drive motor, a good workpiece transfer effect is achieved, and the annular conveying belt assembly line occupies less space and is energy-saving.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of automatic spare parts processing, in particular to an endless conveyor belt assembly line. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of industrial automation technology, the production workshops of most enterprises use assembly lines to transfer workpieces in order to improve production and transportation efficiency. The conveyor belt, as the key equipment of the assembly line, plays the role of supporting and transferring workpieces. Traditionally, two sets of conveyor belts and drive motors are usually used in order to achieve circular circulation in the assembly line. The conveyor belts often run asynchronously and have different speeds, which affects the transfer effect of workpieces. Since two driving motors are used to drive the conveyor belt to run, the driving motors will increase the occupation of space, and the problem of increased energy consumption also occurs.
