The cloud service system comprises a machine room infrastructure, a server, a switch and software. The system is used for the fault monitoring of the server, the switch and the software of the cloud service system. After the redundant backup for the setting of the cloud service system, an availability coefficient of the server is calculated according to the average failure rate of the server and the number of the redundant backups of the server. Meanwhile, according to the average failure rate of the server and the number of the redundant backups of the server, a network availability coefficient is calculated. According to the software failure rate, a software availability coefficient is calculated. According to the condition data of a machine room in the cloud service system and the standardized assessment method, an infrastructure availability coefficient is obtained. Finally, according to the infrastructure availability coefficient, the availability coefficient of the server, the network availability coefficient and the software availability coefficient, the availability coefficient of the cloud service is calculated.
