Abstract

The invention provides a terminal unlocking apparatus and method. The method comprises the steps of obtaining input displacement motion parameters detected by at least one capacitive displacement sensor in a holding part of a terminal, wherein the displacement motion includes a displacement motion perpendicular to the surface of the terminal and a displacement motion on the surface of the terminal and above the near distance of the surface; when the displacement motion parameters conform to preset holding displacement motion parameters, turning on a bio-feature monitoring device; and obtaining the input bio-feature information, and when the bio-feature information conforms to preset unlocking bio-feature information, unlocking the terminal.
