Abstract

The invention discloses a measurement device and measurement method for material oxidation ablation in a high-temperature wind tunnel. Hyperspectral images of the measured material are shot by adopting a hyperspectral camera; an infrared thermometer obtains a reference temperature of the surface of the measured material; two images of the measured material at different spectral bands are selected, brightness colorimetric values of corresponding same points are calculated, a full-field temperature of the surface of the measured material is calculated on the basis of the reference temperature calibrated by the infrared thermometer, temperature compensation correction is carried out on the hyperspectral images and chemical component analysis is carried out on the surface of the measured material to achieve accurate monitoring of the real-time oxidation condition in the ablation process of the measured material. Chemical components of oxidation and the like are monitored in real time in the ablation process in a high-temperature wind tunnel environment, the full-field temperature distribution of the surface of the measured material is synchronously obtained and the radiation effect caused by temperature change when measured material oxidation is conducted can be eliminated by using a hyperspectral technology.
