Abstract

The invention provides a process for extracting oil from millet bran absolute, which is improvement for an oil expression process by using millet bran absolute. The process comprises the following steps: (1) hulling grains with a hulling mill to obtain millet; (2) feeding the millet into a first polishing machine by virtue of an elevator, and peeling crude fibers on the outer layer of the millet through the polishing machine; (3) enabling the millet kernels with exposed millet embryos after outer coarse fibers are removed to flow into a second polishing machine, mixing the millet embryos and peeled surface fine flour to form millet bran absolute (polishing flour); (4) coating the millet bran absolute (polishing flour) with a filter cloth to form a raw material package, and putting into an oil pressing frame of a cold press; and (5) starting a presser, slowly pressurizing, extracting oil from materials when the pressure is between 30-50MPa, and enabling grease to flow from the lowermost gap of the presser to obtain crude oil.
