By means of the linear relationship between fiberboard tension force and elongation, the tension reaction frame is positioned and installed, when a fiberboard is tensioned till a kidney-shaped hole reserved in a tension end anchor cover plate basically coincides with an internal tapping round hole reserved in a bottom plate of the tension reaction frame, the tension end anchor and the tension reaction frame are connected through high-strength bolts, and anchoring of the tension end anchor is completed. By means of the device and method, the tension rod guide can be detached after fiberboard prestress tensioning is completed, and the common problem that durability is poor in an existing prestress fiberboard tension end tension guide rod anchoring method is solved.
