The measurement instrument comprises a measurement body, a height scaleplate, a bracket, a pull rod, a radial scaleplate and a 360-degree measurement gauge, wherein the measurement body comprises a conical body and two sliding elements which are symmetrically arranged at the outer side of the conical body and can slide along the outer side of the conical body, one end of the height scaleplate penetrates through the conical body, an inner hole and a through groove penetrating the outer circumferential surface of the height scaleplate and communicated with the inner hole are formed in the other end, one end of the pull rod is inserted into the inner hole, the bracket penetrates the through groove and is connected with the pull rod, the radial scaleplate penetrates the through groove and is arranged at the bracket, and the 360-degree measurement gauge is fixedly arranged at the end of the radial scaleplate.
