The system comprises a solar cell module, an energy storage module and a controller, wherein the solar cell module is a flexible solar cell array and is used for converting solar energy into electric energy; the energy storage module is composed of multiple super capacitors and is used for storing the electric energy; the controller is used for calculating a continuously changing maximum power point according to a maximum power point tracking algorithm when outside illumination intensity changes. Charging and discharging management is conducted according to the magnitude of energy needed by a load, and if the energy needed by the load is less than energy provided by the solar cell module, the solar cell module supplies power to the load and the energy storage module simultaneously; when the energy needed by the load is larger than the energy provided by the solar cell module, the solar cell module and an energy storage element supply power to the load simultaneously. According to the embedded wearable solar power supply system and the control method thereof, the solar energy can be effectively collected, and the efficiency of collecting the solar energy by the system is improved through the maximum power point tracking algorithm.
