Embodiment 1

[0036] A kind of fruit drying device (such as Figure 1~5 , Figure 7 - ~ 9), including a ventilation bin 1, a dress bin 2 and a support 3, the dress bin 2 is arranged inside the vent bin 1, and the bracket 3 is connected to the vent bin 1.

[0037] Dressing bin 2 is made up of feeding chute 21 and discharging chute 22, and feeding chute 21 is square, and discharging chute 22 is inverted trapezoidal, and both are connected up and down, and the periphery is sealed by gauze 14. The top of the feeding chute 21 is a feeding port 23 , and the bottom of the discharging chute 22 is provided with a discharging port 24 . There are inverted V-shaped layered racks 4 arranged in layers in the dressing room 2, and the inverted V-shaped layered racks 4 are arranged side by side on the same layer, and the upper and lower layers are arranged alternately. One longitudinal perforation 41 and two transverse perforations 42 are provided on the inverted V-shaped layered frame 4 . The horizontal...

Embodiment 2

[0042] A kind of fruit drying device (such as Figure 6-9 Shown), including ventilation bin 1, dress bin 2 and support 3, dress bin 2 is arranged inside ventilating bin 1, and bracket 3 is connected with ventilating bin 1.

[0043] Dressing bin 2 is made up of feeding chute 21 and discharging chute 22, and feeding chute 21 is square, and discharging chute 22 is inverted trapezoidal, and both are connected up and down, and the periphery is sealed by gauze 14. The horizontal fixing rope 5 is fix...

Embodiment 3

[0048] The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the feed chute 21 is cylindrical, and the discharge chute 22 is conical. One longitudinal perforation 41 and three transverse perforations 42 are provided on the inverted V-shaped layered frame 4 . Inverted V-shaped layered frame 4 is 20 layers, 12cm is spaced between the inverted V-shaped layered frames of the upper and lower floors, and 10cm is spaced between the inverted V-shaped layered frames side by side.

Abstract

The invention discloses a fruit air-drying device. The fruit air-drying device comprises a venting bin, a containing bin and a support, wherein the containing bin is arranged in the venting bin, and the support is connected with the venting bin. The containing bin is composed of a material feeding groove and a material discharging groove. An inverted-V-shaped layered frame is arranged in the containing bin, wherein the inverted-V-shaped layered frame is arranged in such a way that the layers at the same level are arranged in parallel and the layers at upper and lower levels are arranged in a staggered way; and the inverted-V-shaped layered frame is fixed in the venting bin by using transverse and longitudinal fixing ropes. The venting bin comprises an inlet bin and an outlet bin; reinforcing ribs are arranged outside the venting bin; and gauze is arranged around periphery of the venting bin so as to ensure sealing. A material discharge control switch is arranged on the outlet. The support comprises main support feet and auxiliary support feet; the main support feet and the auxiliary support feet are connected via crossing ribs and transverse support foot ribs; and the main support feet are connected with the outlet bin via support ribs. The fruit air-drying device is capable of realizing layered air-drying of fruits so as to save processing space; moreover, the fruit air-drying device is capable of adapting to various air-drying environments so as to improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a fruit drying device. Background technique [0002] The fruit is an organ formed by the pollination and fertilization of the pistil of angiosperms, and the participation of other parts of the ovary or flower (such as receptacle, calyx, etc.). The fruit generally includes two parts, the pericarp and the seed. Among them, the pericarp can be divided into exocarp, mesocarp and endocarp. Seeds play the role of dispersal and reproduction. [0003] According to the structure of the fruit, the commonly eaten fruit can be divided into pome fruit, drupe fruit, nuts, berries, citrus fruit, etc. The edible part of the pome fruit develops from the receptacle, such as apples and pears. The drupe is developed from the ovary, and the edible parts are the exocarp and mesocarp, such as peaches, plums, apricots, etc. The fruit of the nut develops from the ovary and is covered w...
