Abstract

A multifunctional CCD-visualized composite tester for spraying agent ignition is disclosed. The tester is used for detecting ignition distances for spraying agents and inflammability of a mixture in a sealed space. The tester includes automatic injection, a stepwise type automatic ignition and testing bin, an inner baffle plate, a rack, auxiliary purging, and test control operation, display and outputting systems. The automatic injection controls start of mist spraying and stops the mist spraying according to feedback of a detecting system. A stepwise type automatic ignition system meets requirements on ignition distances and sealed-space ignition tests. An area array CCD collecting card synchronously acquires and outputs combustion and deflagration images and optical intensity. A working station feeds back sample injection, fuel gas and purging in real time. Automatic sample injection, result determination, alarming and test termination are achieved by the system. In an ignition distance test, a source of ignition is ignited by the stepwise type automatic ignition system and a mist spraying ignition distance is measured. In a sealed-space ignition test, the source of ignition is ignited, mist spraying is started to reach an ignition point or no combustion, and a purging system purges the test environment. The system is fully-automatically controlled. The tester is high in accuracy and has value for detection of spraying agents.
