Abstract

By the organic light-emitting device, injection barriers of carriers of the holes and the electrons in the organic light-emitting device can be reduced, the injection rate of the carriers and the position of a carrier combination region are controlled, the carrier combination efficiency is improved, so that the organic light-emitting device with high efficiency and long lifetime is obtained.
