Abstract

The invention discloses a cable local discharging pulse signal time frequency analysis system and method based on an FPGA. The system comprises multiple external ADCs, an external MCU, the FPGA, a function calculation module and the built-in control logic. The external ADCs are used for acquiring local discharging pulse signals, and inputting the local discharging pulse signals to corresponding channels in the FPGA. The external MUC transmits pulse width information to the FPGA through the gpme or emif, and the FPGA intercepts the local discharging pulse signals. The FPGA comprises multiple parallelly arranged internal memories and is used for storing and calculating required local discharging pulse signal data. The function calculation module consists of multiple multipliers, dividers and a Fourier transformation module in a serial manner, and is used for finishing time frequency conversion calculation of each pulse signal. The built-in control logic comprises multiple reading address and writing-in address lines, and is used for operating the internal memories.
