Problems solved by technology

[0003] Hackberry seeds have thicker hard skins. When using the seed propagation method to plant hackberry, the seeds often have a longer dormant period and are difficult to plant. The traditional seed treatment method soaking solution is not easy to penetrate the seed coat, resulting in low germination rate of the seeds after treatment. high

Embodiment 1

[0025] A processing method for hackberry seeds, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0026] (1) Prefer good varieties

[0027] In the middle and late September of each year, a healthy, healthy and disease-free Hackberry over 10 years old is selected as the mother plant, and the mature fruit is harvested, and the peel and pulp are removed to obtain tree species;

[0028] (2) Seed pretreatment

[0029] After the seeds are dried with hot air, they are placed in a low-temperature drying environment at -5°C for 2 hours, and the water is dried to prevent frostbite of the embryos, and then the frozen seeds are baked at 60°C for 10 minutes to make the hard skin of the seeds pass through. Thermal expansion and contraction temperature sudden change produces cracks, which is convenient for subsequent processing, and at the same time does not damage the seed embryo and does not affect the germination of the seeds;

[0030] (3) Detoxification of seeds

[0031] Use a 40W ultrav...

Embodiment 2

[0039] A processing method for hackberry seeds, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0040] (1) Prefer good varieties

[0041] In the middle and late September of each year, a healthy, healthy and disease-free Hackberry over 10 years old is selected as the mother plant, and the mature fruit is harvested, and the peel and pulp are removed to obtain tree species;

[0042] (2) Seed pretreatment

[0043] After the seeds are dried with hot air, they are placed in a low-temperature drying environment at -5°C for 3 hours, and the water is dried to prevent frostbite of the embryos, and then the frozen seeds are baked at 65°C for 15 minutes to make the hard skin of the seeds pass through. Thermal expansion and contraction temperature sudden change produces cracks, which is convenient for subsequent processing, and at the same time does not damage the seed embryo and does not affect the germination of the seeds;

Embodiment 3

[0053] A processing method for hackberry seeds, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0054] (1) Prefer good varieties

[0055] In the middle and late September of each year, a healthy, healthy and disease-free Hackberry over 10 years old is selected as the mother plant, and the mature fruit is harvested, and the peel and pulp are removed to obtain tree species;

[0056] (2) Seed pretreatment

[0057] After the seeds are dried with hot air, they are placed in a low-temperature drying environment at -5°C for 2.5 hours, and the water is dried to prevent frostbite of the embryos, and then the frozen seeds are baked at 62°C for 12 minutes to make the hard skin of the seeds pass through. Thermal expansion and contraction temperature sudden change produces cracks, which is convenient for subsequent processing, and at the same time does not damage the seed embryo and does not affect the germination of the seeds;

Abstract

The invention relates to a celtis sinensis seed treatment method. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) excellent seed selection; (2) seed pretreatment; (3) seed detoxification; (4) seed pregermination; and (5) seed sowing and daily management. According to an experiment, seeds treated by the celtis sinensis seed treatment method provided by the invention have a high germination rate compared with celtis sinensis seeds treated by conventional methods, and after seed germination, disease incidence of seedlings decreases notably in 6 months, wherein the disease incidence decreases from 25% in conventional methods to 13% or below.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of planting, and in particular relates to a method for treating hackberry seeds. Background technique [0002] Hackberry, Ulmaceae Hackberry is a deciduous tree with smooth, gray bark; Hackberry is mostly born in shade-tolerant plains, and is light-loving, suitable for warm and humid climates, and suitable for fertile and flat land. It does not have strict requirements on the soil, has a certain ability to tolerate drought, is also resistant to water, humidity and poor soil, and has strong adaptability. It is an excellent garden tree species. [0003] Hackberry seeds have thicker hard skins. When using the seed propagation method to plant hackberry, the seeds often have a longer dormancy period and are difficult to plant. The traditional seed treatment method soaking solution is not easy to penetrate the seed coat, resulting in low germination rate of the seeds after treatment. high. Contents of the inven...
