A capturing pipe supportive of direct electric heating and condensation is arranged in a vacuumrefrigerating cavity of the semiconductor refrigerator and connected with a heating electrode and the electric heating driver, six ports of the collection/sample injecting six-way valve are a zero gas port, a PTR sample injecting port, a sample injecting end port, a sampling port, a capturing gas extracting pump port and a sample ejecting end port, and the gas extracting pump is connected with ametering device.
