The sealing element comprises a baseplate, a pressing plate and a a pressure elastic membrane, wherein the pressing plate is arranged on the base plate,and the pressure elastic membrane is arranged in the liquid containing cavity; a lip part which extends outwards in the radial direction is arranged at the end part of the pressure elastic membrane; a protrusion is arranged on the lip part; a reinforcing part is arranged in the protrusion; and the pressing plate and the base plate together defines a clamping groove and press the lip part into the clamping groove so as to form a seal for the liquid containing cavity. The invention further relates to the liquid composite spring. The liquid composite spring comprises a liquid composite spring body and the sealing element, wherein the sealing element is arranged at the bottom ofthe liquid composite spring body.
