Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: classifying cloud points collected by an airborne laser radar, so as to obtain multipleground points; taking the ground points, which are located in a range wherein a target still water area is, of the multiple ground points as first ground points; collecting the ground points within apreset range around the target still water area as second ground points; finding out a target ground point with a minimum elevation value from the first ground points and the second ground points, subtracting a preset value from the elevation value of the target ground point to obtain a difference value which is used as an elevation value of the target still water area, generating an irregular triangular mesh based on the elevation value of the target still water area, and manufacturing a digital elevation model based on the irregular triangular mesh. Therefore, overflowing of the still waterarea in the manufactured digital elevation model can be avoided.
